We are recruiting for a leading Real Estate Development firm based in UAE. The group has established joint ventures and projects across the region.

They seek to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible to create marketing plans and strategies; conduct agent and client presentations; and lead field marketing coordinators to achieve local marketing objectives. These objectives will include: assembling/creating ads, identifying appropriate opportunities to promote individual listings as well as the office or agents locally, ensuring quality and accuracy in local materials, monitoring competitor marketing, tracking marketing activities and expenses, and ensuring compliance.

Applicants should have minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the similar field. Candidate with Degree specialized in Marketing are preferred. Valid UAE driving license is a must for this role.
