Our client is a leading player in the Oil & Gas sector, they seek to recruit a qualified Legal professional with experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents & contracts and handling communication with Contractors. The suitable candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience - UAE experience in Oil & Gas industry is mandatory & will be capable of negotiations with contractors, following up with all the legal disputes of the ongoing tenders. Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory.

For a new fast growing stable organization, a well rounded mature Legal professional, Male or Female. Graduate in Law, with at least 4 years Post Qualification experience either in a Law firm or industry. Must have good exposure to Commercial Law. Appreciation of the laws related to loans and mortgages would be very helpful, though not a must. Islamic Banking exposure a distinct asset. Must have good PC skills and ability to draft in both Arabic and English. Local UAE experience in similar industry is a must

Must have good PC skills and ability to draft in both Arabic and English. Ability to understand the company’s legal needs and protecting the company interests is of paramount importance.
