A very well reputed legal advisory company is looking to hire a HR Business Partner for the company. Interested candidates should have Professional HR qualification with Minimum 10 years of UAE experience. Candidates only on dependent visa are eligible for the post. Graduation in Law will be an advantage.

Well versed with UAE Labour Laws & Regulations. Hands on SAP and MS Offices. Prepare quarterly forecasts of manpower needs. Ensure best practice and delivery of recruitment policies, procedures and processes. To prepare Job descriptions, working closely with the Recruitment Manager and the Line manager. Management of end to end recruitment cycle, from planning through to on-boarding hand over. Manage the recruitment resource team. Document relevant training, performance management and/or general recommendations gathered from the assessment, for the purpose of contributing to talent management. Review direct and indirect applications and take accountability for prescreening, assessment and recommendations. Arrange interview schedules on behalf of Line Managers. Maintain an effective source of recruitment records ensuring all required documentation is in place and produce reports as required of all vacancies, applications and their progress.
